900C Line Q.D. Chain-Stop High Gloss Enamel

Description
Tuff-Boy 900C line is a premium, industrial high gloss enamel that has been uniquely formulated with a “Chain-Stop” resin that gives the coating good gloss and color retention, as well as outstanding durability. This quick drying product is ideal for production work, where a fast handling time is needed. When used in conjunction with Tuff-Boy Barrier Coat Primers, this product provides excellent corrosion protection for all ferrous metal surfaces.
Properties
Dry-Time: 15 Minutes to touch, 30 Minutes to handle and 1 Hour to recoat; If a second coat is desired, then it must be recoated within 3 hours or after 72 hours dependent upon temperature humidity and mil thickness. Dry rate will increase at colder temperatures, higher humidity, or excessive film builds as well as in accent and neutral colors tinted with a large amount of universal colorants. Test a small area for “lifting/wrinkling” if the 3 hour time frame has passed before completing the entire job.
