The 3900 line is a ultra premium, low odor acrylic latex eggshell enamel that meets Green Wise Testing ● ≤ 100 g/l VOC and is designed for use on interior surfaces where a soft, pleasing appearance is desired, and a washable, cleanable, finish is required. It is our most stain and scuff resistant eggshell finish. In most instances this high solids, high hiding product will cover in one coat, except when there is a drastic color change. One of the best features of this product is the outstanding touch-up. The 3900 line also has good flow and leveling, Ultra Low VOC*, and is non-splattering.
