Tuff-Boy 1020 Quick Dry Rust Stop Red Primer is a durable, weldable product that is recommended for use on properly prepared ferrous metal surfaces. Tuff-Boy 1020 Quick Dry Rust Stop Primer is the product of choice for priming structural steel, machinery, safety equipment and fences in commercial, industrial and institutional applications. 1020 is formulated for corrosion protection of ferrous metal surfaces under normal atmospheric conditions. This fast drying product has unique surface wetting properties that make it possible to prime ferrous metal surfaces where thorough cleaning and sandblasting are not possible. The tough, durable film will provide sufficient resistance to weathering for a period of up to 6 months before enclosure or topcoating. This primer contains no lead or chromate pigments.
