Perfik-Seal Interior Wall Primer

One of the best exterior latex primers on the market today that offers high solids, excellent hiding, flexibility, and adhesion. Formulated with 100% Acrylic resin, corrosion inhibiting pigments, and a large amount of mildewcide, #235 is the product of choice for exterior masonry and non-bleeding woods. Can also be used for aluminum and galvanized surfaces as well as inside as a primer for mildew prone areas. This product is not recommended for bleeding woods such as cedar or redwood due to tannin bleeding.

This water repellant product is a combination
of micronized acrylic and siloxane resins
that penetrate into the sub-surface of the concrete or masonry to bind the substrate down and impart excellent water repellency. By preventing water from entering the substrate, this product will help protect masonry substrates against spalling, cracking, efflorescence and other types of damage caused by water intrusion. This product is also excellent for reinforcing the surfaces of old brick and mortar that have been damaged by repeated freeze/thaw cycles. This product will minimize the leaching and migration of typical masonry discolorants such as calcium, sodium and potassium salts. 1107 is easy to apply, low
odor/ low VOC and is a breathable coating that can be used as a seal coat on masonry surfaces and painted with a topcoat. Recommended for use on above ground concrete, cement, natural
and synthetic stone, brick, block and most masonry surfaces.

Not recommended for priming aluminum or galvanized surfaces. This product can be finish coated with latex or oil base enamels.

Interior Oil-Based Enamel Undercoater

A revolutionary new primer that offers all the stain-blocking properties of an oil-based stain blocker with virtually no odor both during application and after the product has cured. Blocks water, smoke, and tannin stains on interior applications. Can be used as an enamel undercoater on wood or metal surfaces with latex finish coats only. Not recommended as a primer for hard, glossy enamel surfaces, and this product cannot be finish coated with solvent based products.

Premium quality modified alkyd primers formulated with rust inhibiting pigments and long oil alkyd resins to give outstanding corrosion protection on ferrous metal surfaces. These high solids high hiding products are designed to penetrate deeply into the grooves and pores of ferrous metal and retard further corrosion. Available in white (#1022), red (#1024),
and gray (#1069).

This is a premium primer designed to
encapsulate existing rust and prevent new rust for a period of five years when applied properly. This product has unique surface wetting properties that make it possible to prime ferrous metal surfaces where surface rust is present. The tough film will seek out and surround rust where it sits, destroying its destructive properties. When applied properly, this product will prevent air and water from re-attacking the steel in order to prevent further corrosion from occurring. Recommended for use on properly prepared ferrous metal surfaces, painted metal with tightly adhering rust, hot-dipped zinc galvanized metal, tin and aluminum.

Perfik-Kote High Solids Wall Primer

A high solids block filler that is formulated with a superior resin system when compared with traditional vinyl-acrylic block fillers. This product has exceptional filling and sealing properties and is recommended for interior and exterior unfilled concrete blocks. On porous blocks, spread #470 at 40 - 50 square feet per gallon. This product must be backrolled when spray applied.

A high solids, high build wall primer designed especially for interior wall­board surfaces that are damaged or full of imperfections. This product goes on in a heavy bodied film, which makes it sand exceptionally well. It also minimizes surface irregularities. This product is also fast drying, high hiding, low odor and it can be finish coated with latex or oil-based paints.
