Better ingredients mean better paint

Many customers ask us why our paint is so much better than our competitors.  We start with only the best raw materials available – technologically advanced polymers, the highest grade titanium dioxide, and top quality 100% Acrylic resins.  All of our top line exterior latex paints are formulated with only 100% Acrylic resins to give our customers the best color retention and unsurpassed durability.  Not only are Farrell-Calhoun paints made with better ingredients, but they are made with more of them.  Unlike most national brands, Farrell-Calhoun puts more solids and less water in our paint.  Higher solids means that Farrell-Calhoun paints have better hiding, are more durable, and spread further.  But don’t take our word for it, sample the paint and compare the published data sheets for yourself.

We've got your color

If your design-oriented customer is looking for that unique color to give their room that “special” feel, chances are that color can be found in Farrell-Calhoun’s Millennium color system.  Since its introduction, Millennium has been recognized throughout the industry as a world-class color system.  With an unparalleled array of subtle off whites, vibrant colors and beautifully balanced color families, the Millennium color system presents architects, designers, painters, and do-it-yourselfers with a completely comprehensive color system.

Historical Colors of America

If you’re looking for true Historical Colors, Farrell-Calhoun offers “Historical Colors of America,” a palette of interior and exterior paint colors that will change the way decorators and homeowners view colors of the past.

These colors were selected by SPNEA (Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities) from hundreds of samples taken from historic buildings and painted objects.  SPNEA curators – who have worked with museums and private homes from across the country – have won national attention for unlocking the secrets of how paint colors actually looked when new, before time, sunlight, and weather altered them.
